Movement of Shares – External Instructions

Movement of Shares – External Instructions

Problem Description

This complaint arises when shares are moved out of an investor’s account based on external instructions.
⚠️
This could be because either
- the investor has defaulted on loan obligations,
- enforcement instructions were received from AMCON or AMCON Partners,
- or the movement was carried out based on a court order.

Step-by-Step Resolution

1. The broker submits a formal email complaint to CSCS with all required documentation attached.
✅
Required Documentation
- Statement of Account
- Account Number
- Clearing House Number (CHN)
2. CSCS investigates the transaction, validates the external instruction or court order, and responds to the broker with the resolution outcome or next steps.

Expected Resolution Timeline

Within 24 business hours of receiving a complete complaint and all required documentation.

Additional Tips / Notes

1. CSCS executes share movements strictly based on valid regulatory or court instructions.
2. Resolution is dependent on the validity and scope of the external directive.
